haiz....todae was the 1st judo PT....eh...can be considered the 1st without cheryl....haha....dunnoe why..tt stupid f**king judo bitch wanna haf PT...isit maybe becoz we did not had much stamina during the comp.....then knn lar...shld implement PT earlier wat.....train the seniors....wait until comp end then train......then is wed noon lor...so bloody hot.....sian....PT was oso not beri beri xiong.....only i can't take sprinting and wheelbarrow.......sianz.....i need to train up liao lar.....shucks manz.....
